1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Accuracy of Candidate Submissions
As a candidate, you certify that all information submitted — including your identity, resume/CV, work history, educational credentials, certifications, and project experience — is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification from the hiring process or termination of employment if subsequently discovered.
3. Recruitment & Evaluation Process
Submission of an application does not create any employment contract, guarantee of an interview, or commitment to offer a role. Saptarishi Solutions evaluates candidates based on professional merit, technical assessments, domain requirements, and organizational fit. We reserve the right to modify job requirements, postpone hiring, or close positions at any stage.
4. Candidate Account Security
When you activate an account to track your applications, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. You agree to notify us immediately at careers@saptarishi.tech if you detect any unauthorized access or security compromise of your candidate profile.
5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All brand logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software underlying this careers portal belong to Saptarishi Solutions Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or perform automated data harvesting on this portal without explicit written consent.
